The Front Entrance
North Shore High School is an American High School in Evanston, Illinois. The school is where the main casts of the 2004 film Mean Girls and the 2011 made-for-TV movie Mean Girls 2 attend. The principal of the school through both films in Ron Duvall and his secretary Joan was only in the first. The campus had included a back-building, until it burned down in 1987. This High School does not actually exist but is based off of New Trier High School in Winnetka, Illinois. The exterior shots were filmed at the Etobicoke Collegiate Institute in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
